2011 Celebration of Partnership
On October 11, Accordia will host two Celebration of Partnership events:
During a mid-morning Capitol Hill roundtable discussion, Accordia will present the outcomes of a Centers of Excellence Summit, which is focused on the long-term leadership challenges of sustaining locally-owned and -led Centers. Recommendations from the Summit will be used to inform the development and networking of Centers achieving identified standards of excellence and for the integration of such centers into health policy and planning.
That same evening, our Diplomatic Chair, His Excellency Francois Delattre, the French Ambassador to the United States, will host a private buffet reception at his residence.
The Celebration of Partnership is an annual event that celebrates Accordia's partnerships with policymakers, the private sector, foundations, global health organizations, and individuals who believe in a vibrant, healthy Africa. Supporters who contribute $1,000 or more to Accordia's Leadership Fund will be recognized at the 2011 Celebration of Partnership and are invited to participate in both events.
